Enjoyable Holiday Trip - The atmosphere is cool, the views are beautiful. The boat is also clean and safe. The officers are also clever and competent in driving boats. My holiday this time was very fun and exciting, watching the sunset and small waves along with cute dolphins. I will come back here

The boat is clean and well maintained - The boat provided was sturdy and well-equipped, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. The crew members were knowledgeable about dolphin behavior and the local marine ecosystem, enriching the experience with their insights and friendly demeanor.

Beautiful views of the sea, sky and dolphins - The early morning excursion was magical as we set sail amidst the soft hues of dawn. Within moments, we were greeted by playful pods of dolphins gracefully gliding through the azure waters. The sight of these magnificent creatures leaping against the backdrop of the rising sun was truly awe-inspiring.

Swim at Banyumala waterfall - I recommend going to Banyumala waterfall with family. The water flow is not very strong, so it is safe for children to swim near the waterfall. The water is so refreshing that it makes you want to linger there for a long time

Friendly and skilled guide 👍 - I was happy to be guided by an experienced tour guide, I learned a lot from him about dolphins and the surrounding nature. I will recommend it to my friends 🤍

Poorly organized, too expensive and absolutely not recommended - We were picked up much too early and then had to wait an hour at the harbor. When we were picked up, the driver didn't even ask my name, but got into the car as soon as he saw us. Even when we stopped at the parking lot, there was no word about what was going to happen, where we were going, etc. The boat trip took far too long. Unfortunately, we only saw dolphins three times and were still on the water for an hour. Until we asked how much longer we would be driving, then we finally went snorkeling. The reef was barely visible because the water was too dirty - so absolutely unexciting. Snorkeling with the dolphins is not included and costs extra. The breakfast was minimal, we were all still hungry afterwards. Because the trip was already dragging on, we thought the organization was too bad and our driver didn't say a word to us, we decided to cancel the tour after breakfast and not visit the waterfall at all. When I asked if we would get some of the money refunded, I only got an unfriendly, curt answer. I would absolutely not recommend the tour, especially for this price. Save your money and time.
