- Vossevangen - When you start this roundtrip in Bergen, you take what has been ranked as one of the 20 best train journeys in the world through beautiful mountain and fjord scenery on the way to Voss, the Bergen Line’s most extreme station. Voss is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, forests, lakes and fast-flowing whitewater rivers. This has led to its development as a notable center of skiing, watersport, skydiving, paragliding and other adventure sports. Every year in the last week of June the area hosts the Ekstremsportveko (Extreme Sports Week), which is regarded as the world’s premier extreme sport festival. Bømoen, the local airstrip, is home to Skydive Voss, one of the largest dropzones in Norway, as well as a gliding club. The rivers provide various levels of white water, attracting kayaking, rafting and river boarding. Kite surfing and para-bungee may be seen on lake Vangsvatnet. The ski area, to the north of the town, is accessible via a cable car, Voss Gondol.

Join us on Norway’s most sought-after day trip which takes you through some of the globe’s most breathtaking landscapes. The itinerary comprises a trip on the Bergen Railway, a bus journey, a luxurious fjord cruise, and the Flåm Railway.
This adventure begins with a picturesque Bergen Line ride to Voss. From Voss’s railway station, we catch a bus that whisks us through Stalheimskleiva and the beautiful Nærøy Valley, finally dropping us at Gudvangen.
Here, we sail aboard the electric vessel, ‘Future of the fjord’. Nærøyfjord being one of the world’s slimmest fjords, our journey takes a span of 2 hours. In 2005, it earned a spot on the UNESCO World Heritage list.
We then proceed with the Flåm Railway, renowned for being one of the globe’s steepest railway tracks on conventional tracks. The 20 km long railway expedition from Flåm to Myrdal offers you a comprehensive view of Norway’s wild and stunning mountain-side nature. At Myrdal station, we switch trains to the Bergen Line to return to Bergen.

Scenic day! - Spectacular scenery. Excellent guide and overall a fabulous experience. Highly recommend this trip. The boat was great, being electric, it was quiet and this enhanced the journey.

Great Tour. Great Tour Guide - Loved this tour that we took May 21st leaving out Bergen. Ivan was an excellent tour guide and we had a wonderful Bus Driver. Every stop was great and we had great views and had opportunity to see a number of things that would have taken us hours to drive to. Appreciated this tour. They made it fun for all of us during a long day. Highly Recommend this tour and get Ivan as a Tour Guide.

Essential Norway experience - Tour provided exactly what I was looking for here: an opportunity to experience Norway outside of Bergen, particularly its natural beauty. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. The tour was thoughtfully constructed, with interesting stops and the all-important fjord cruise and ride on the Flam railway. Strongly recommend.

The tour ran like clockwork - well co-ordinated, un-rushed and our tour guide Ivan was very knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t fault Viator tours - there tours are always high quality.

Jaw dropping scenery with a great guide! - Our tour guide Paul was a super nice guy. He had lots of interesting info about the area. The scenery was spectacular and the tour was well run. We left at 8am and returned around 6:30pm. A full day, but highly recommended!

Fjords - IVAN was amazing. AMAZING!!! Best tour guide ever!!!! However, we had an unfortunate and unexpected event ~ on the initial bus ride we had a flat tire, so consequently we missed we missed a couple things. We were really looking forward to the platform that you see everybody take a picture on. It would have been nice for the tour to reach out to us to offer us a partial refund. The boat was beautiful ~ as was the flam railway!!! The fjords are like nothing I have experienced EVER!!!

Overall very good and... - Overall very good and beautiful cruise experience in the fjord and on the train ride. However the road journey on the “premium” van journey was not comfortable as seat are very cram and tight!

NOT A GREAT TRIP - Unfortunately the bad parts overpower the good parts. No crowd controls. Just let everyone run wild. No food for the amount of $ the trip cost. Make everyone stand like a group of cattle for 40 minutes waiting to get on boat and train. The tiny little bus that was tighter than an airline seat. NO COORDINATION. Guide was nice but should be doing another job.

Felt rushed - Tour felt rushed, the places were so pretty and we wanted to spend more time looking at the serene sights. we started on time and somehow we were told we got delayed and hence only got 5-10 mins in each stop . Guide was great though
