- Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - You will enjoy a nice view and a cooler summer in here. First you will see the Palace Area to find out how luxury life the Imperial Family had, and then have a walk through the longest Corridor with paintings in the world to get on an Imperial Ferry Boat(if available) in Kunming Lake to enjoy the stunning view of this massive Imperial Garden, which was a birthday gift from an emperor to his mother almost 300 years ago.
After that, you will be dropped off at your hotel at last.
- Niaochao National Stadium - Passing by the Olympic Stadium - Bird Nest for photos.

Mutianyu Great Wall - After hotel pickup, you will be driven to the Wall earlier enough to avoid the major crowds, and you won’t need to change to their shuttle bus with our VIP access. Then you can spend about 2 hours hiking on the Wall.
You can choose to take the ski - lift up and toboggan sliding down to get on and off the Great Wall, it is highly recommended, so that you won’t need to climb 30mins stairs before reaching the actual Great Wall.

Interesting and fun day tour to the Great Wall - I had a great time on this tour! Our guide explained everything very well to us. We first visited the Summer Palace. It was fun and exciting to hear the "intrigue" stories behind it. We were also given the option to choose what we wanted to do (boat trip or chill time), which was great. We then continued to the Great Wall, right after having this delicious group lunch, where we could get to know each other better. Our guide was very dedicated and he spoke very well English. The highlight of the trip was the tobogganing down from the Great Wall at the end of the visit. Can highly recommend this day tour :)

Amazing experience. - This tour was amazing the tour guide Keith was extremely helpful to me. It was a unique experience ,the visit to Great Wall was pleasant not very crowded and in the end the tour guide took us to have a delicious lunch, amazing tour.

Brilliant Great Wall and Summer Palace day trip - Our guide Tracy was awesome, from the moment she collected us from our hotel she shared her knowledge and personal experiences of all the sites on the way to the Summer Palace and the the Great Wall. We had audio aids for the walk around the Summer Palace, which made it easy to hear about all the key features, despite the busy venue.
We stopped for a lovely lunch at the foot of the Great Wall and Tracy gave us an excellent history of the Wall before taking us up, also making sure all the party were comfortable as some parts of the wall are steep and difficult to navigate.
On our return to Beijing, there was an issue causing the traffic to be even more slow and eventually stopped the traffic. Tracy and her driver came up with a brilliant alternative plan to get us back to the hotel. She took us on an impromptu tour of the Beijing underground. Which was a fantastic and fun bonus. Tracy took us to the door of the hotel to ensure we got there. It was a very professional and impressive and one we would highly recommend.

Great Wall experience - Keith our guide was great. The summer palace was ok but the highlight was the wall. The ‘challenging’ side is the way to go for the wall. You get to see some unrestored parts at the end. Also, if you have enough time do the slide down.

Comfort and perfect timing - Very confortáble car, Keith is rally Nice and helps with ALL the logÃstics. Exccellent timing and the restaurant too.
The great wall itself is a splendour and at Mutyanu we could explore it calmly with no excessive crowds.

perfect layover - Great day. For us it was perfect layover between two long flights from Auckland to Milan through Beijing. We wanted to visit Great Wall and it fulfilled. Good choice of its part with not many people. Pleasant guide and really small group.

Good choice for a trip to the Great Wall - The tour was well organized, our tour guide was friendly. The knowledge she shared was unfortunately not more than you can easily find on Wikipedia. We can recommend to go to the Mutianyu part of the wall. Even though we had to wait in the queue quite a while on the wall itself it was not too crowded. And no doubt: The Great Wall is an impressive Must-see on your trip to China.

The guide was biased by race & ethnicity. - The trip was good, the restaurant that we were taken to could have been better. The quantity was good but the quality was ordinary. With the choice of restaurants available, I thought that our restaurant was underwhelming. But the worst part of the trip was that the driver + guide was at times rude and unaware of the cultural & national sensitivities of the foreign nationals (we all were Non-chinese in the trip). He asked some insensitive & uncomfortable questions to the fellow travelers around race, ethnicity and nationality. It got a bit tense before the fire was doused by the others. The trip was good, the guide was terrible.
