- El Born - The tour starts around twilight so the starting time varies during the year, earlier in the winter (7pm) and later in the summer (9pm). Although some of Barcelona’s legends might be included, please note that this is not a Ghost Tour but an historical walk focused on the more gruesome part of the city’s past.

Barcelona’s dark legends
The walk starts from Arc de Triomf and it ends at El Born CC, next to a safe area with plenty of restaurants, metro stations and taxi stops. Please ask your guide for directions and recommendations, if needed.
For quality purposes and extra interaction with the guide, the number of participants is limited to 15 per group so it is strongly recommended to book early.
Because of the content, this tour is not recommended for children younger than 14.

Highly recommend this tour - This tour is fantastic, and was one of the highlights of our trip. Sara was a wonderful guide and had all sorts of interesting information for us. We both learned about the history of the city, some of its dark past, and got a feel for the old city.

Fun and Visually Interesting Tour with Sara - Sara gave a terrific tour. She uses lots of visuals, including a mini projector to show images on the walls of buildings. It was a very interactive tour, one which I highly recommend. She is very personable, professional, and loves giving tours of her city. (We also did the Gaudi tour with Miguel the next day--it was also outstanding.) Do both tours--we are so glad we did both of them! Thanks, Gorka, for having outstanding guides!

Worth it - It was an interesting couple of hours. The only drawback was sore feet at the end of a long day meant the lack of seating was a bit torturous.
The stories were well done and the guide knew her stuff.

Definitely go - This is a great tour if you want to learn some of the dark history of Spain, see various places in Born you probably wouldn’t otherwise go to, and have a great guide to show you! Albert was awesome. Speaks perfect English, is engaging, and such a great guide. My two teen daughters and I loved the tour!

Informative and friendly - A very knowledgeable and friendly guide, in Noah. Helpful to fill in the history of the area and give us general tips about our time in Barcelona.
The history might be a bit much to take in for under 12s, but as an adult I enjoyed it all.

Fun night in El Born - With so much to do around Barcelona we had not seen the El Born until we joined this tour. The guide made the stories interesting and helped us understand some of the dark history of Barcelona.

Thanks Runner Beans!! - Tour guide was very lovely & very interesting, engaging. We were late joining and spent 30 mins trying to catch up -Runner Bean support was super helpful & did their very best - live tracking to send pinpoints would have been a great help but we had an interesting time & glad we went.
