Must do while in Athens. - Maelle was great. She gave us a side of Greek history that would not have otherwise learned. My 15 year old daughter, a budding feminist, loved it as well.

Unique, must-do tour in Athens! - Really happy to have gone on this walking tour! Our guide really immersed us into the story of women in antiquity, while walking through some less known, less crowded areas in the center of Athens. I enjoyed the interactive atmosphere and chill vibe. We got a lot of interesting information and fun anecdotes along the way!

Cultural diamond. - The tour was amazing. Even though I am Greek I wanted to join this tour just to celebrate International Woman's day and to honor a bit the unknown heroes of the country. It was definitely worth it. There was more than an archeology tour, i learned so much about culture it really blue my mind.

Strongly recommend the tour because it is really fruitful - It was exceptional, amazing, and fun, because a lot of cultural content was being introduced and discussed - amazingly how histories behind the tourist spots are so rich and fruitful. Magical moments are like exploring how history really interacts with Greek history, the architecture, and mythology. This tour gains me the knowledge about the richness of Greek history and references in the classics. It's for you, for everyone, about the knowledge and experience of culture - the perfect and splendid moment.

Women in Historical Greece tour was fantastic - Maelle brought the lives of women in the classical Greece period to life with her knowledge and passion evident. Such an interesting tour and filling a giant gap in most historical tours.

Excellent about women in ancient Greece - We were 8 norwegian friends, the group could be a maximum of 12. Our guide, Maelle was the best guide imaginable, no platitudes and typical guide superlatives.
She spoke interestingly and in clear and excellent English about the myths of Athena and women's relationships in ancient Greece with short stops on a small walk from the old Agora up to Philopappos Hill, Hill of the Muses.
