A visit to Italy isn’t complete without indulging in at least one pasta meal, so we’ll guide you through preparing two! You will learn how to handcraft ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and how to whip up two different, yet simple types of pasta: filled and fresh pasta, under the guidance of your Cesarina. To top it off, you’ll be instructed on creating the well-known dessert Tiramisu. Immerse yourself in the Italian culinary tradition and cultivate new friendships in this engaging cooking class. It’s an exceptional way to truly immerse yourself in the Italian way of life.
