Arrival and Evening tour in Yerevan

Zvartnots International Airport - Arrival at Zvartnoc International airport and transfer to the hotel.

We will do small city tour, trying to show the little part of our bright city.

We will visit Cascade park, which has a giant stairway made of limestone. Inside Cascade there are seven escalators that rise along the length of the complex.

There are number of cafes and restaurants on both sides of the Cascade , so you will have the opportunity to taste delicious food of Armenia and relax.

Next step will be Republic Square, which is the heart of our city and here you will enjoy the dance of singing fountains. Overnight in Yerevan.

We will take trip to Garni which is the only standing Greco-Roman colonnaded building in Armenia and the former Soviet Union. An Ionic pagan temple located in the village of Garni is the best-known structure and symbol of pre-Christian Armenia. After we will go to Geghard. This is a medieval monastery in Armenia, partially carved out of the adjacent mountain, surrounded by cliffs. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site with enhanced protection status. Later we will have a cruise in Lake Sevan and take the chance to admire the beauty of blue pearl of Armenian highland. Back and overnight in Yerevan.

We’re delighted to welcome you to the Silk Road Armenia Travel Agency. On this 4-day tour, you’ll get to explore some small yet significant and fascinating regions of Armenia. The opportunity to experience Yerevan’s vibrant nightlife is also an option. Historical highlights include visits to prime Armenian landmarks such as St. Gayane and St. Hripsime churches, as well as the Zvartnots temple. On the cultural side, you’ll visit museums like the Armenian historical museum, inclusive of the National Gallery of Armenia and Matenadaran. On the third day, you’ll explore Garni and Geghard, spots renowned on the UNESCO World Heritage list.

Vernissage, the Armenian handicraft market, is open exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.

All museums, including Matenadaran, are closed on Mondays. Matenadaran also remains shut on Sundays.

The Zvartnots monument remains closed on Mondays.

As the Ejmiatsin Cathedral is currently under restoration, visits will be limited to other churches and monasteries in Ejmiatsin.
