Faultless transfer from Aonang to Koh Yao Yai - We found Green Planet to be professional and efficient. We were picked up from our Hotel in Aonang and transferred to the Ferry Terminal for transfer to Koh Yao Yai. We had plenty of baggage and they handled that with care. Arrived spot on time. When we had to transfer to Phuket Airport the same professionalism was shown. More than impressed and the staff do their job with humour. My wife was impressed with the care they showed when she was getting on and off the boats. Highly recommended.

Good way to get to Phuket - The crossing was smooth and fast, definitely the best way to get from Krabi to Phuket. The pickup was a bit disorganized - late and a lot of people and bags crammed into benches in an open-sided truck - but we got there on time. The company had said our hotel immediately north of the Phuket airport was outside the limits of where they could drop people - even though it’s much close than resorts in southern Phuket - but our driver kindly took us to our hotel anyway, so all was well.

Efficient and cost friendly way to travel - Very convenient and efficient way to travel. Would definitely do it again. Boat was at maximum capacity, so felt a bit squashed. We had arranged for hotel pick up and drop off. Driver was on time for pick up, however taxi service for hotel drop off was very confusing. No one knew where to go and drivers were not working off a list. We were waiting for our suitcases and were almost left behind

Efficient service - Direct customer service who don’t fuss about and get you from A to B. Not a luxurious boat and doesn’t necessarily feel safe, but very efficient.

No views of the crossing 👎 - Good crossing but boat has zero views of the crossing. Windows too high. Crew will not let you sit out on deck. Very full on date & time of travel

Miserable game of hurry and wait - Super disorganized and chaotic experience. Entire load of passengers was constantly being herded and yelled at from waiting spot to waiting spot by a worker with a megaphone. No one seemed to know how to get us on the boat…we had to walk across several boats tied together and wait for half hour in sun. Our luggage was broken by a crew member tossing and stacking suitcases on the front of the boat. We left 30 min late. Terrible experience
