Visitors have the opportunity to engage directly in the winemaking process, experiencing the evolution of Syrah as it matures in the tanks, and even bottling their own Catarratto.\n\nDuring your tour, the winemaker will narrate the winery’s story and elucidate the principal methods of wine production.\n\nYou’ll have the chance to craft your personal wine blend, with our team assisting you in analyzing the traits of various wines, empowering you to make an informed selection for your concoction. It’s an exciting and enjoyable venture to step into the shoes of a winemaker, and we provide all the tools and expertise necessary for you to concoct and savor your bespoke blend.\n\nTo cap off the adventure, you’ll sample six distinct wines from our collection, and you’ll depart with a bottle of your own creation, complete with your bottling, capping, and labeling.
