Best day on the water ever - This was the high light of our vacation in Milos. Due to high winds, we had to leave from the south side of the island and had to motor all day. However, even that was fun. They brought us to a beach where that sand was heated from the old volcanic activity and a restaurant there will dig a pit and cook fish in the hot sand. The catamaran was spacious and there was plenty of room aboard for everyone. For this activity would recommend a catamaran over a single hull vessel due to the extra room. We went to about 4 different locations to swim, each more beautiful than the last. We were given a light breakfast of sweet bread and fruit. Around noon we were given a appetizer of various cheese dips, bread, fruit, and cold cuts. Made the mistake of thinking this might be lunch, although it was a little light for lunch. However, a bit later in the day at another cove they barbecued chicken with potato salad, other green salad and various breads. If you were hungry after this it is your own fault as there was plenty. A little while later they served cups of yogurt with chocolate sauce. Meanwhile there was plenty of soft drinks, bottled water, and beer for everyone. The crew was extremely helpful and also amusing with various stories. The various Caves were awesome and the cliffs along the shore were amazing. As the wind did abate during the day we were able to return to Adamas. I have read reviews of other companies, but Polco didn't seem to have any of the problems others did. They truly wanted you to have a great time and enjoy the day. Would definitely go again and highly recommend them to anyone. Other's might be a little more expensive, but I don't think you will find anyone better.

Unforgettable experience. - We had a truly incredible experience cruising Milos with the with the exceptional Polco team. The crew were very knowledgeable and generous with their experiences sailing around the Greek Islands. Super passionate about Greek history and culture. With two young girls, we felt very safe with the captain, who knew the waters, tides and winds like back of his hand. The biggest surprise was the food - exceptionally good, despite two fussy tweens! The highlight of our trip to Greece - I can easily say that this day was the best day of our trip to Greece! The Captain, Aggenos and First Mate, Georgina were absolutely amazing. They took care of everything so that all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Along the trip we were provided with awesome bits of information about the island including historical facts, geologic and meteorological learnings, cultural education and even a bit of legend and lore. We sailed around the west side of the island visiting 4 or 5 beaches where we got a chance to swim in the absolutely amazing azure waters of the Aegean Sea. Took a dingy cruise to a couple of pirate caves and even got to do some cliff jumping! When it came time for lunch, Georgina prepared a delicious traditional Greek meal served with Alpha beer, wine or soda per your choosing. I cannot speak for the other boats and crews employed by Polco, but if they are 1/10th the caliber of Aggenos and Georgina you will have an awesome experience. Many thanks to Captain and First Mate for making our day so wonderful. When we return to Milos, we will see you again!

Look No Further - This was everything I wanted it to be and more. We had a bit of a rough sea day, and I get sea sick, but the crew helped me get through it with some useful tricks until we got to the smoother side of the island. The company was also very communicative about the potential weather and gave us an opportunity to back out if we felt necessary which is very appreciated. Some companies we have used for sailing in other places were not this way and have screwed us over. The boat is very well maintained and very clean. The crew was super friendly and fun. The captain even secured the trust of my claustrophobic wife to get her to go into the sea caves on the dingy (which she had said she wouldn't do). It was all around the best experience we had all vacation and is a must do on Milos, specifically with this company!!

A great day on the water! - A great day! Comfortable boat, friendly and knowledgeable captain and first mate. Beautiful scenery. We made many swimming stops and just enjoyed a great day! Lunch was very good as well!

Do Not Miss a Polco Tour - This tour was absolutely the highlight of our visit to Milos! It was a thrill to get up close to a breath-taking coastline and to go inside some incredible caves. The catamaran was so comfortable and swimming (or jumping) off the boat was easy. We chose the Western Milos/Kleftiko full day tour so that we would have plenty of time to enjoy swimming at Kleftiko. The day was well- organized; the hours flew by! Aggelos and Georgina were the perfect captain and host. Entertaining, knowledgeable, and engaging, they provided a wonderful day full of great food, conversation, and adventure! From booking to sailing, everything was handled in a very professional manner. The company provided ample information about what to bring and even weather updates the day before. I booked the trip for our first day in Milos, just in case the weather forced a re-scheduling, but we were very lucky to have perfect weather and a tremendous day on the water! There are a lot of companies offering similar trips, but I’m very happy that we booked with Polco. The Milos beaches are wonderful (except when the wind kicks up the sand!), but we found that we really loved touring from the water.

Incredible! - Captain was very educated on the area and showed us incredible caves. The food surpassed all passengers expectations! It was a blast!

Once in a lifetime!!!! - Angelos and Georgina were absolutely amazing! The perfect hosts. Every stop we made was better than the last. Lunch Georgina made was 5 star. We would definitely do this again! Thank you for the best time!!!!

What an incredible experience! - This tour was incredible! I was skeptical with booking this tour at first given the fact that I often have seasickness and going in August with the strong Meltemi winds could have been a recipe for disaster, but WOW I am soo happy we booked this! Although they changed the route to avoid the strong winds and take us in calmer waters, they made sure to include other alternative amazing stops! The views are simply beautiful and the water is gorgeous, clear as you can imagine. The captain, Angelo, and the crew, Georgina, were some of the nicest and most incredible people you'll ever meet! They always made sure you were doing ok, had everything you needed in terms of refreshments and made sure to bring plenty of laughs and great humor! These two are a duo you definitely want to have on your day trip with Polco sailing. Yes the views were beautiful and Kleftiko was amazing, but Angelo and Georgina are really what made this day spectacular for us!! I can't express this enough, they are fabulous! Make sure you ask Angelo about the dragon cave!!

BEWARE. - This company would not give my family and I a refund for a very expensive catamaran after our ferry to Milos was cancelled due to windy weather conditions in Greece. We had no option/way of getting to Milos the day before our scheduled catamaran and the customer service has been terrible. Extremely unempathetic and unhelpful towards our situation. Booking this was already a splurge for my family and an excursion we were excited to book ahead of our trip. We were very disappointed when our itinerary had to change due to unforeseeable weather conditions that we cannot control. The company then told us that we would get a refund should they fill our spots with other travelers. The company’s response time was very long and we did not found out until 9pm the night before that they did not fill the spots. HOWEVER, they proceeded to inform us that they had to put people from that day onto our catamaran as no boats were able to go out on the water due to the wind. SO WE ASSUMED THOSE WERE THE REPLACEMENTS. Nope. Now the company got double the money and still refuses to give our money back. The company told us even if we got to Milos the day of the catamaran, they would not even be able to put us on a boat the rest of the week due to boats being full. Wow. Very disappointed in this service. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
