A wonderful experience! - Honestly, we loved this cruise which was our first and which was just exceptional, we were amazed by it and the Egypt Unlimited tour service provider took great care of us. A big thank-you. The boat we were on, the Fayan, was just magnificent, comfortable and the food was very good, our private French guide Emad was really great! We recommend without hesitation this cruise which we will not soon forget.

I recommend it to you !! - Family trip with 3 children (10-13-17 years old). - The boat: very calm on the Nile, no seasickness, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Buffet of very good quality and renewed each meal (and no one sick), we enjoyed ourselves. On the deck of the boat, deckchairs, a swimming pool (for cooling off, not for swimming), a treadmill and exercise bike. Possibility via payment to access the hammam and sauna and massage. We loved this boat! - The visits: all with the same guide Sayed, who speaks French very well and whom we highly recommend! He adapted to our wishes, very good advice, very human. The explanations were clear and interesting. He took care of everything (drivers, tickets, program). The monuments are magnificent. Our best time in Egypt!

Great Experience - The cabin was, was better than we expected. The food was consistently very good. Staff were friendly and attentive. We found the program a good mix and well paced. Tipping is a big deal in Egypt, it would have been helpful to know that you could tip once for all services at the end of the tour.

TOP !!!! - we are a couple in their sixties, used to traveling in a very simple way... But here, we enjoyed ourselves by choosing this cruise which was perfect in terms of services on the boat: super comfortable cabin, varied food... and kindness of the staff !! ... BUT our favorite goes to our private guide (in French), Ragab, who had a perfect planning, and knew with his great culture, to share with us all the treasures of Egypt!!! What happiness!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.. THANK YOU...

Incredible experience - My 9-year old child and I enjoyed a fabulous time on this Nile cruise onboard of Alhambra for 4D/3N. Thanks to the crew onboard looking after us with a great variety of buffet food, and a lovely clean cabin. The special thanks go to our private tour guide 'Aswany'. He is a very kind and probably one of the best Egyptologists. He found a great mixture of facts of history and life in Egypt today and in ancient times. He is also very experienced for logistics and makes the days exciting while comfortable - highly recommended. Out of 5* that's a 5+. Hopefully we are back soon to dive deeper into Egypt's rich tapestry and local friendliness. It exceeded all expectations. A kind reminder for all tourists: While absorbing the incredible sites, please don't touch the artifacts, nor accept the temptations by local tomb guards to make special photos with flash or off limits - our future generations will appreciate your thoughtfulness.

Comfortable boat (Nile Bride) but noisy and with truly unknowledgeable guide - + we booked a triple room and it was spacious and comfortable - a pleasant surprise + the food was fine and there was enough choice; the service in the restaurant was good + the boat is in relatively good overall condition - we booked the package with a private guide and the worst part of our trip was the guide assigned to us (Adham Mohamed Makky) - deeply unknowledgeable, providing completely wrong information (e.g. he said that Seti II was the son of Seti I, which is a truly gross mistake; he also said that Mikhail Gorbachev helped Egypt with the Aswan Dam while that was Nikita Khrushchev; that Alexander the Great died in Egypt, while he died in Persia; etc.). Whenever I tried to tell Adham that his facts don’t add up, he acted arrogantly, answering questions that I didn’t ask. Adham also tried really hard to part us with our money, constantly reminding us that we need to leave large tips to everyone (he said that we need to leave at least USD 10 per person per night as the tip for the boat staff - which would amount to 30% of a monthly salary in Egypt). He also brought us to different shops where he would get a part of the profit if we would buy something. He said that all was hand-made while most of the things were obviously plastic. He also tried to sell us an additional tour to Abu Simbel for 25% more than this tour is regularly charged (we declined and found an alternative via the Trip Advisor). Overall, a truly appalling experience. - Everyone on the boat wanted tips and did everything for the tips. The room cleaner made some horrible figures by twisting our towels and opening our private boxes to use pieces for these figures. We were disgusted by this as he used our sleeping gowns and rather expensive glasses that were packed. We asked not to have a room service for the following nights. - The floors in the room and the bathroom were both really dirty, so much so that my son needed to immediately change his socks as they became black from dirt. The cleaner entered the room in shoes and all service members thought that it’s fine to enter our room (and not to remove the shoes). - The boat has some agreement with locals along the way who would row to the boat, get the ropes provided by the crew, and try to sell junk trade to the guests. Horrible shouting accompanied these operations and we had no moment of peace during the sailing time. - There was a masseuse on board who used the deck chairs as her own salon - taking her telephone calls, speaking very loudly, laughing loudly and not paying any attention if this bothers the guests sitting next to her. She was completely hysterical, crying really loudly, then laughing hysterically 10’ later, and so on. We were flabbergasted by this behaviour. - There is a pool on the top deck - no filtering of the water could be observed (there is no water pump or it’s switched off), the water is stagnant and forebodingly looking. Overall, it was a pricy experience for a fake guide, very noisy deck and a crew that care only for tips.

Feel Cheated with the nile cruise - Horrible guide. Room on cruise was bad. Paid 2000 usd for this and the room was like a shady motel. The only bright spot was the cruise staff specially the Mohammed the Manager who were very sweet. I would recommend people to confirm the cruise boat name and pics before doing reservation. @viator very disappointed with this. Feel cheated
